Expert AI Labs
AI Consulting

The hard part isn't the AI. It's knowing what to point it at.

We go through your business department by department, rank every opportunity by what it actually pays back, then build the ones worth building and train your team to run them. You keep the roadmap either way, even if you never hire us to build a thing.

Thirty minutes with a human. No deck, no demo, no obligation.

What this usually looks like before we get involved

If one of these sounds like your company, you're in the majority. None of it means you did anything wrong.

You're paying for AI tools nobody uses

Three or four subscriptions on the company card, and nobody can tell you what any of them saved last quarter.

The pilot died in week three

It looked incredible in the demo. Then it met real data, real edge cases, and employees who were never trained on it.

Every vendor says the same thing

They all promise transformation, they all show the same dashboard, and none of them will tell you what their product is bad at.

Nobody internally has time to figure it out

Your best people are already fully booked running the business, so AI keeps sliding onto the next-quarter list.

None of this is a technology problem. The technology works. What's missing is judgment: knowing which of a thousand possible projects to do first, which tools are worth the money, and how to get your people to actually use what gets built. That is the job we do.

What you're actually hiring

Five things you are paying for, in the order they matter

Most of the value shows up before anyone writes a line of code, and after, in whether your team can run it.

Understand
AI explained without the hype
We get you and your leadership genuinely fluent first: what the technology can and can't do today, what competitors are actually doing versus announcing, and where the real risk sits. Plain English, no jargon. You should be able to push back on us by the end of it.
  • Executive and board-level briefings
  • Honest capability map: what's real, what's marketing
  • Risk, privacy, and governance review
Identify
Where AI pays off in your business, ranked
We walk your operation the way a CFO walks the books, department by department, workflow by workflow, scoring each one for hours saved, money recovered, and difficulty. You get a ranked list with payback math attached, not a wish list.
  • Department-by-department opportunity scan
  • ROI math on every candidate workflow
  • Prioritized roadmap you could execute without us
Choose
The best fit for your business, whoever makes it
We're agnostic across platforms, models, and vendors, so the recommendation is simply whatever suits your operation and budget best. Sometimes that's a $30-a-month tool. Sometimes it's a custom build. Often it's switching on a capability you already pay for and never configured.
  • Build-versus-buy analysis per use case
  • Tools evaluated against your actual workflows
  • License and spend review on what you already own
Build
Working systems on the stack you already run
Your CRM, your phone system, your books. We build into the tools your team already opens every morning instead of asking them to adopt something new. Everything ships with an audit trail, a reversible switch, and a human checkpoint wherever the stakes are high.
  • Production workflows, not demos
  • Integrated with your existing systems and data
  • Audit logs, rollback, and human approval gates
Train
Your team fluent enough to run it without us
This is the part most firms skip, and it's the reason most AI projects quietly die. We run hands-on sessions with the people who will actually use the system, write the runbooks in your language, and keep going until your team can operate and extend it themselves.
  • Role-based hands-on working sessions
  • Runbooks and playbooks for your real workflows
  • Full admin handover to your team

Why our advice is worth taking

Three fair questions to put to any AI consultant, including us.

Agnostic by design

We evaluate this market for a living and stay free to recommend whatever genuinely fits your business, including tools we had no hand in building. Best fit wins, every time.

We run our own company on this

Our own operation runs on the AI workforce we build for clients, and we publish the live production counts. You can inspect the work before you hire us.

See the live numbers

We train you out of needing us

You own the accounts, the data, and the workflows. If you want to bring it in-house, we hand it over and train your team. That's a successful ending, not a lost account.

Four ways to start, priced in the open

No "call for pricing." Start as small as one workflow, prove the payback, then expand, or take the roadmap and run it yourself.

How an engagement works

You approve every step before the next one starts. Nothing gets built until the payback math says it should be.

1. Diagnose

A structured look at your workflows, data, and tools to find where hours and margin actually leak. We tell you what we find even when the answer is “don't automate this yet.”

2. Prioritize

Every opportunity ranked by payback and implementation risk. You approve the roadmap before anything gets built, and the roadmap is yours whether you continue or not.

3. Build

We build on your accounts with your data staying in your systems. The first production workflow is typically live within four to six weeks, starting with the highest-payback one.

4. Train and hand over

We train the people who will use it, document it in your language, and give you the keys. If you'd rather we keep operating it, we can. But that's your choice, not a dependency.

AI consulting, answered straight

How do you decide which AI tools to recommend?

Best fit for your situation, full stop. We're agnostic across platforms, models, and vendors, and we evaluate them for a living. In practice our recommendations land in one of three places: a capability you already pay for and never switched on, an off-the-shelf tool that solves it for a few hundred a month, or a custom build when nothing on the market matches how you work. We'll tell you which one it is and show you the math behind it.

What does AI consulting cost?

We publish it. Opportunity audits run $7.5K–$15K. A single-workflow AI Operations Sprint runs $5K–$7.5K over 30 days. A department pilot runs $25K–$60K to build, then $4K–$8K a month. Company-wide build and managed operations run on an $8K–$25K monthly retainer. For context, one in-house AI hire costs $180K+ a year before shipping anything.

We already bought AI tools and nobody uses them. Can you fix that?

That is one of the most common situations we walk into. Usually the tools are fine and the real problem is that no workflow was redesigned around them and no one was trained. We audit what you already own, cut what isn't earning its keep, and get the rest genuinely adopted before recommending anything new.

Do you actually train our team, or just build and leave?

Training is a deliverable, not a courtesy call at the end. We run hands-on sessions with the people who will use the system day to day, write runbooks in your language for your real workflows, and complete an admin handover so your team can operate and extend what we built.

Do we need our own engineers or a data team?

No. We handle the technical build end to end and train your team to operate the result. If you do have engineers, we work alongside them and hand off cleanly with documentation they'll actually use.

How fast do we see results?

An audit delivers a roadmap in two to four weeks. A 30-day sprint puts one working system in production inside a month. On larger engagements, the first production workflow is typically live within four to six weeks, because we sequence the highest-payback work first.

What if we want to run everything ourselves afterward?

Then we build toward that from day one. You own the accounts, the data, and the workflows throughout. We document and train for handover, and if you'd rather operate our Control Panel yourself the platform is available on its own.

Which industries do you work with?

Seventeen verticals with tailored playbooks, including healthcare and wellness, financial services, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, professional services, legal, restoration and home services, and transportation and logistics.

Tell us what's eating your team's time

In thirty minutes we'll tell you where AI helps, where it doesn't, and what we'd do first. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet, we'll say that too.
