Yes. A boutique agency might be both an implementation partner (deploying the platform for customers) and a referral partner (sending us deals that don't fit their model). We'll structure the agreement so the right economics apply to the right deals.
Referral partners are paid net-30 after a customer pays their first invoice, and net-30 each month thereafter for the duration of the share window. Implementation partner margin is settled monthly against actual customer billing.
Yes. Referral and technology tracks are open globally. Implementation partner certification currently requires at least one delivered engagement in North America, but we'll consider waivers for partners with strong vertical depth.
